How to Apply

To apply, you need to complete an application form and send it to us with some supporting materials. Before filling in the form, please make sure you have read the notes for guidance. These are included with the application form when you download it.

Here are the steps you should follow:

1. Verify that you have the entry requirements for the programme. If you do not, but feel that you have equivalent qualifications or experience, please contact us first.

2. Download the application form from the website. You have the choice of a PDF and Word version. You can also request an application form to be sent to you. Contact us to request one.

3. Read the notes for guidance; these are included with the form

4. Complete the form. You can either do so electronically or print it out and fill it in by hand.

   Please complete the equal opportunities form included with the application. You will also need to send a printed copy of the reference form to your referee(s).

5. Send the completed form to us along with the following supporting materials:

   • copies of your qualification transcripts
   • two written references
   • evidence of your English Language competence if English is not your first language
   • two passport sized photographs of yourself

   Applications can be made by e-mail, fax or post.

6. When using fax or post, please also send a short e-mail to CSonline@herts.ac.uk so we can ensure your application reaches us without undue delay.

We will make an offer based on the information you send us. Therefore, you should make sure that you send us the appropriate information in as much detail as you can.
